I think we ended up staying in the red light district of Geneva. It was pretty shady where we were. We had to do laundry because I had no clothes left and I don't think my parents did either. While doing our laundry we had some more kebabs and since we were in the red light district we had some fun watching all the pitiful guys get all of the hookers attention.
We had decided to do the chocolate train the next day so we had to get up early to catch the train to montreux so we didn't see a whole lot of Geneva.
The chocolate train was awesome! The first place it stopped was in gruyere and we got to watch then making the cheese and we got to try some too! Then a bus took us up to a castle and w head lunch and walked around for a while. It was such an adorable little village place. It's very quaint except for all of the shops are very touristy so that kinda sucked. I bet at night or Christmas its absolutely gorgeous. Behind the castle were the gardens and they had such pretty flowers!
We went to the nestle factory and this was such a cooler chocolate museum experience than the last one I went to! The had all of these different rooms and the first one was like a Mayan temple and all you could smell was chocolate! It walked you through the history of chocolate and how it spread through Europe. At the end of the rooms there was a room that had a table and there were so many different kinds of chocolate!! You got to taste them all. They had milk, dark, white, hazelnut and I can't even remember but they were all so good and they even had the kinds that are filled with stuff. One of them had chocolate sprinkles on top and something inside and it was awesome!
We had checked out of the hotel that morning since it was so far from where we were and where we were going so we had all of our stuff in a locker at the train station. When we got back to montreux, we tried to find our train but it never came. Dad had a train app on his phone and it said that the trains were delayed because of Ann accident involving a person. ALL the trains got so screwed up from this there was a giant line of everyone trying to figure out what to do next. We had to hop on two busses that were absolutely packed with people and no ac. It was not a fun experience and all of us were grumpy but I'm sure I was the worst. We finally made it to zermatt at like almost midnight that night and it was nice and cold out!
Oh in other big news, I've started looking at different paragliding schools for whenever I get back. My mother who would not go with us pinky promised that when I was a pilot she would fly with me! So the picture is proof and everyone has to remind her of said promise. You just don't break a pinky promise.
